Foothill Farm is a multi-generational family operation located in St. Ignatius, started in 2004. They produce vegetables, seed garlic and grass-finished beef, and specialize in tomatoes, squash, garlic and herbs. Most of the farm’s products are sold through the Western Montana Growers Cooperative. Foothill Farm is certified organic and implements composting, crop rotation, cover cropping, rotational grazing and other sustainable practices. One of the most important parts of the farm is the livestock integrated into the system. Foothill Farm loves growing delicious, healthy food for the local community and working with its crew of family and interns.
