Swanson’s Mountain View Orchard was founded in 1909 by Swedish immigrant Charles J. Swanson and his wife, Emma Lynde, during the early years of the Bitterroot Valley’s “apple boom.” The Swanson family has been a staple in the apple community ever since by growing high quality apples with flavor profiles you can only find nestled in the heart of Corvallis, Montana.
The Mouw family continues their apple legacy by reviving the land and cultivating good agricultural practices to help the orchard blossom into its full potential. With a deep respect for tradition and an eye toward the future, this team is committed to sustainable farming methods that not only enhance the quality of their produce but also preserve the environment for future generations.
